Summer christening in Thessaloniki, June 2012

Little Anna's christening ceremony was held at St. Demetrius church,
located in Sykies-Thessaloniki, on a sunny Sunday morning of June.

Light colors and soft textures were selected for this baptism favor, which features four different kinds of handmade clay ornaments: a heart, a butterfly, a baby's foot and a daisy. The pure white ornaments are tied with silk ribbons over several layers of white tulle and white net. The traditional white dragèes offered along with the favors, taste like toffee and orange.
The guests will reminisce a very special day, as the newly christened's name is handwritten on this favor gift, making it even more unique and timeless!
